99 points James Suckling: "I love the aromas of lavender, sandalwood, sliced apples and pears. Some gunpowder and slate undertones. Full-bodied, yet formed and tight with minerality and brightness. Vivid acidity gives this energy and depth. Drinkable, but will age beautifully. (3/21/19)"

97 points/'Chilean Wines of the Year (2020),' Tim Atkin, MW: "(13%). Every bit as good as the 2015 release, which was a world-class white, this brilliant Chardonnay wouldn't look out of place in a line up of Corton Charlemagnes. Focused, precise and very long on the palate, it has thrilling minerality, understated concentration and leesy, citrus-edged fruit framed by scented oak. Superb. 2020-30. (2019)"

96+ points Luis Gutiérrez (Wine Advocate): "2017 was not an easy act to follow, but the 2018 Aconcagua Costa "Las Pizarras" Chardonnay managed nicely. From a cool year, it has notes of white flowers and nuts and is a little lighter than the 2017, which was more structured. It doesn't have the depth and sharpness of the 2017, but it has very good freshness. It's vertical and mineral and has nice tension, following the path of the 2015 and 2017. This is now matured mostly in 300- and 400-liter oak barrels, and the oak is nicely integrated. Only 50% of the wine went through malolactic. 6,557 bottles and 60 magnums were filled in February 2019. Drink: 2020-2028. (Feb 2020)"

96 points Patricio Tapia (Decanter): "From vineyards planted on the coastal slopes of the Aconcagua Valley, about 11km from the sea, on white slate soils. This Chardonnay has just over a year in oak (50% new) but it is the fruit and the aromas of herbs and spices that predominate. In the mouth it is fresh, but at the same time tense, with a stout structure led by fruit flavours and mineral acidity. Drinking Window: 2021-2026. (Jul 2021)"
