Drouhin begins by working the lees in the early stage and then stops the bâtonnage to end on a slightly reductive note. Drinking Window: 2024-2039. (Oct 2020)"

Less width than the Genevrières but still a fine depth of aroma. Mouth-filling, the faintest accent of salinity, a fine, focused wave of flavour. Fuller than the Genevrières but beautifully balanced – a great Beaune too! (Dec 2020)"
