97 points Tyson Stelzer (The Champagne Guide): "(disgorged March 2018; new cuvée in celebration of the 180th anniversary of the house; 100% Aÿ pinot; 52% Meurtet, 48% Côte Glacière (see above); aged 7 years on lees; 8.5g/L dosage; cork; 6000 bottles). With a full straw and even hints of gold and blush, this is a cuvée that proclaims all the majesty and glory of Aÿ pinot noir. It reverberates with deep, succulent and expansive black and red cherry fruits of the most exacting beauty, even satsuma plum and nuances of sarsaparilla, pink pepper and the crunch of greengage plum. In mouth-filling, glorious fruit fullness, this is quintessential blanc de noirs of the highest level. Yet it presents all this with a rose petal and musk freshness, lightness and vitality that only Aÿ can create, like bursting a segment of pink grapefruit between your teeth. It encapsulates the exacting precision that defines Deutz, with every detail of its rumbling depths and soaring heights preserved in high fidelity on a long finish sustained by very fine chalk minerality. A glorious triumph of 2010 that will one day go down as a benchmark of the season – but don’t wait until then, drink it right away, in its glorious prime. (2020-2021)"

94 points and 'Cellar Selection,' Wine Enthusiast: "A new concept from this Aÿ-based producer, this wine showcases pure Pinot Noir from some of its finest parcels. The wine has weight and richness while not losing sight of elegance. The fruit is just beginning to mature, showing a crisp texture while promising a broader vision in the future. Drink from 2021. Alcohol 12%. (Dec 2018)"

94 points James Suckling: "This is an intense, pure pinot of two parcels and shows a complex and beautiful, strawberry and brioche character. Full body. Plenty of fruit, but always delicious. An experimental wine. Drink now. (9/2/19)"

93 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "The 2010 Brut Pinot Noir Parcelles d'Aÿ Hommage à William Deutz is showing beautifully after several years on cork, offering up an expressive bouquet of green orchard fruit, honeycomb, raspberries and warm biscuits. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, it's charming and expressive, with a delicate pinpoint mousse that complements its generous core of fruit. Structurally open, this is drinking very well today. Readers will note that the 2010 rendition is a blend of lieux-dits Meurtet and La Côte Glacière—which were bottled separately in 2012. Drink: 2020-2030. (Apr 2020)"

93 points Wine Spectator: "A finely knit version, with a plush, creamy mousse, this marries a sleek, acidic frame and a streak of smoke-tinged minerality with flavors of crushed raspberry, kumquat, grated ginger and biscuit. Racy finish. Disgorged May 2018. Drink now through 2028. (12/15/18)"

93 points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "Deutz’s 2010 Brut Parcelles d’Aÿ is a gorgeous 100% Pinot Noir that expresses the natural creaminess of Aÿ and the Duetz house style. Pear, citrus, baked apple, white flowers, almonds and light pastry notes are all vivid. The bright, finely sketched style imbues the 2010 with notable energy and a level of pure vibrancy that will make it hard to resist, even on the young side. Drink: 2018-2026. (Jul 2018)"
