The wine is absolutely outstanding for its appellation offering up a pure and zesty bouquet of pear, lemon, chalky limestone minerality, citrus zest and a nice touch of oyster shell in the upper register. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, complex and absolutely rock solid at the core, with great cut and grip and a very long, complex and perfectly balanced finish.
