92 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2019 Chablis Montée de Tonnerre 1er Cru has a nicely composed bouquet that displays fine tension and poise, touches of white peach and crushed rock filtering through the citrus fruit. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity and quite saline in the mouth. The sapid finish begs for another sip. This is a well-crafted, classic Chablis. Drink: 2023-2035. (Oct 2021)"
92 points Andy Howard, MW (Decanter): "The Collet family involvement in the region dates back to 1792, with the domaine created in 1952 and now covering 40ha. This is clean, fresh, concentrated and complex on the palate, showing all the anticipated characters of power, allied with stony/mineral notes and ripe, pure fruit flavours. A high proportion has been aged in wood with the subtle oak influence adding length and layers of flavour to the finish. Drinking Window: 2021-2027. (Oct 2020)"
90-92 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a 2.29 ha holding that is <90% Chapelot and 10% Montée de Tonnerre, with 2 ha and .29 ha, respectively). This was the only wine in the range to display any meaningful level of reduction and here it's enough to push what appears to be ripe aromas to the background. Otherwise, the refined if not dense middle weight flavors also possess a lovely minerality and detail while delivering fine length on the saline-suffused and dry finale. Note that this is quite tightly wound and is going to require at least a few years of patience. Drink: 2027+. (Nov 2020)"
