A very ripe nose is comprised primarily by notes of cassis, plum and violet though there are forest floor and earth nuances lurking in the background. The more refined and very well-detailed middle weight flavors exude a subtle minerality before culminating in a firm and serious but finer finish. Lovely stuff that should easily reward up to a decade of cellaring while being approachable after only 5 to 6 years. Worth checking out. Drink: 2028+. (Jan 2021)"
