92 points Rebecca Gibb, MW (Vinous): "Bouchet is a north-facing site, so it ripens more slowly than south-facing equivalents. The 2019 is a demi-sec style, so expect a small burst of sweetness on entry (14g/L). But after the sweet entrance, there comes a salt and pepper character to this wine. In addition, there's a spiciness to the ripe apple fruit, and a touch of pastry character from close to a year on lees. The 2019 has a fine, fresh finish with a sense of grip and chalky texture. Drink: 2022-2037. (Sep 2022)"
