Their collaboration started in 2010, when their first rave reviews from Jancis Robinson MW caused a stampede for their fledgling brand. Through Guillaume's local connections, being born in Dijon and raised in Beaune, Chanterêves get access to some exceptional fruit which is not always easy for a younger négociant.
