89-92 points Fine Wine Review: "The malolactic fermentation for the Vosne only finished in October 2016. There’s some toast in the nose that still needs to integrate. On the palate, the wine has lightness and finesse, indeed almost laciness, with crushed dark berry fruit. (5/22/17)"
89-91 points Neal Martin (Wine Advocate): "The 2015 Vosne-Romanée, matured in 50% new oak, finished its malolactic in October. It has a perfumed, quite floral bouquet, a mixture of blackberry and blueberry fruit with just a hint of crushed violet. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red berry fruit, a subtle marine influence with a touch of sea salt on the vibrant finish. I expect this will land at the top of my banded score once in bottle. Drink: 2018-2028. (Dec 2016)"
90 points and 'Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "A ripe nose of red currant, plum and rose petal is unusually fresh in the context of what is typical for the vintage. There is equally good freshness to the energetic medium weight flavors that possess excellent complexity and punch on the saline and youthfully austere finale. This sneaky long effort is powerful and dense and while it isn't especially elegant, it's a most impressive Vosne villages. Drink: 2023+. (Jan 2018)"
