Established in the 17th century in the village of Bouzy, the Brice family began producing their own champagne in 1994. Today, the estate of 25 hectares is run by Jean-René and Remi Brice. The brothers own 8 hectares of vines in Bouzy and source fruit from the historic Grands Crus villages of Aÿ, Bouzy, Cramant and Verzenay. Tasting Notes: Intense and complex nose with aromas of fresh red and tropical fruits. Lively attack, round, structured and balanced palate. Beautiful length.
