92 points Fine Wine Review: "Thibaud Boudignon is originally from Bordeaux and began making his wines in 2009. He is located in Savennières and follows organic and biodynamic practices but is not certified... This wine is from vines about 12 miles (20 km) south of Angers, on schist slopes on the left bank of the Loire. Boudignon has produced a magnificent wine here with lemony fruit in a medium-weight body, perfectly balanced by acidity that keeps the focus and crystallinity. A wine of finesse, intensity, and penetration. Cork closure. 12.5% stated alcohol. (3/7/23)"
91 points Rebecca Gibb, MW (Vinous): "Unlike his Savennières, the fruit for Boudignon's 2020 Anjou Blanc is purchased. The result is a pure, clean wine with delectable purity. There are delicate flavors of just-ripe pineapple, citrus, nettles and a subtle hint of vanilla. It is fermented and aged in both 500-liter barrels and oval Stockinger 'cigars'. A line of acidity pulls this wine through to a refined conclusion. It can be approached now for its fine fruit but will go on. Drink: 2022-2033. (Sep 2022)"
