He is located in Savennières and follows organic and biodynamic practices but is not certified... This wine is from vines about 12 miles (20 km) south of Angers, on schist slopes on the left bank of the Loire. Boudignon has produced a magnificent wine here with lemony fruit in a medium-weight body, perfectly balanced by acidity that keeps the focus and crystallinity.
