90 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The Bourgeots this year was one-third de-stemmed, as there was some hail in one sector of this vineyard. The wine shows lovely depth and complexity on the nose, offering up scents of currants, dark berries, a lovely base of minerality, gamebird and a smoky topnote. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and rock solid at the core, with lovely grip and focus on the ripely tannic finish, good length and fine balance. This is still quite primary in personality and will need some time to blossom properly, but it is an outstanding Savigny villages in the making. 2020-2045. (Nov/Dec 2015)"
