93-95 points/Very Fine+, Steen Öhman (Winehog): "The Amoureuses is normally one of the highlights here, and this wine is certainly shining just a little bit more in 2018. The nose is brimming with stony Chambolle minerality and vivid fruit for the vintage – notes of pomegranate and raspberries. On the palate, intense and very mineral driven, with tremendous elegance and finesse. Tempted to be more generous … but 93 – 95 should hold. A splendid Amoureuses – bravo! Drink from 2029. (7/3/2019)"

94 points/Outstanding, Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a .32 ha parcel). As is usually the case, this is the spiciest wine in the range with its equally liqueur-like nose of poached plum, cassis and plethora of floral elements. The very generously proportioned middle weight flavors exude a discreet minerality on the clean, dry and lingering finish that exhibits just enough warmth to notice. This isn't as elegant as the 2019 version though it is certainly richer and more powerful. This is a relatively big Amoureuses and a wine that is going to require extended patience. Drink: 2033+. (Jan 2021)"
