90-92 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "A notably ripe and markedly spicy nose isn't quite as fresh though it is still quite pretty. The rich, vibrant and solidly constituted flavors possess more size, weight and power though not the refinement on the youthfully austere finish that is sufficiently well-structured that this will need a decade plus to fully resolve the supporting tannins. Drink: 2029+. (Jan 2021)"
Bill Nanson (Burgundy Report): "That’s a nicely vibrant nose – cliché Chambolle flowers, not the roses of whole clusters, rather a violet style. Hmm – that’s another wine of beautiful shape – structural – chiselled mineral. Bravo! (5/31/21)"
