94-96 points Chris Kissack (Winedoctor): "This cuvée sees a mixed élevage these days, in barrel and then in cement cuve. At the time of tasting it was in barrel, where it had been since October 2019; after that it would go into cuve. It kicks off with an amazing colour (apparent even in the gloom of the Baudry cellars), and the nose lifts this above the preceding cuvées with a firm mineral character to start, followed by smoky dried cherry and a little toasted pip, as well as some fragrant peony. The palate follows this lead with mineral thrust, perfumed, tense, dark and taut. Great energy here, the minerality persistent through the middle, set in a polished and sinewy frame. Long and gripped in the finish, with tannin and more mineral edges. Very fine potential here. (Oct 2020)"
95 points Le Guide des Meilleurs vins de France (La Revue du Vin de France): "The 2019 Clos Guillot takes on a more floral dimension, a ripe raspberry feel and a sharper structure on the palate but an absolutely invigorating relaxation and freedom of tone. (2022)"
